• 22 years in Tech. 16-year Silicon Valley product leader, then co-founding partner at Spero Ventures, most recently Chief Experience Officer at Swimply, now Managing Partner of NextStep (a fractional & advisory COO consulting firm).

• Born in Saigon, Vietnam, and came to the USA as a refugee at age 2 when my parents fled communism.

• Community builder.
  • Cofounded & Board VP of Women In Product (30,000 female product builders and counting!).
  • Co-founded the Product Leader Summit, an invite-only conference bringing together founders and VP-level product leaders.

• Tournament poker player who made the final table of a World Poker Tour (WPT) tournament.
